Well I have almost 7,000 miles and have made several trips over the sierra towing my toy hauler that weighs gross around 9,000lbs. Compared to my last pickup with automatic and tow haul the manual six speed is a much more controllable transmission. Throw in the exhaust brake and I am sure that my brakes on the pickup will last a long time. Given my duty cycles my last pickup had 132,000 miles and still had the original brakes. With this newest set up I believe I can go 200,000 with no brake repair.

No oil light yet so I will change my oil next week after this weekend's trip.

    So far so great.

We have encountered some very cold temps here in Northern Nevada. The last few nights have been between -5 to -12 and no problems starting my new truck.
