The following is the information.

Case # US-15224-02218-D

A number of manufacturer defects have been reported on the 2500 and 3500 Dodge Ram Series Truck.

As an owner of the above referenced Dodge Ram Truck, you may be entitled to a manufacturer's buy back, or a cash settlement if you have experienced ANY of the following problems:

CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS

POWER LOSS

TURBO PROBLEMS

EXHAUST SYSTEM PROBLEMS

3 OR MORE REPAIRS FOR THE SAME PROBLEMS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN THE REPAIR SHOP

Premier Legal Center A.P.C

I haven't called or Goggled the law center but I'm thinking this may be a fishing expedition.
I owned a 2007.5 with the 6.7 cummins. It burn't to the ground in north east Arizona last june. There are maltiple law suits in at least ten states for this problem. I have not heard of any class action over this but I am personally sueing Dodge over this. Most of the issues revolve around the replacment of the 5.9 by the 6.7 without allowing enough room between the egr cooler tube and the firewall. Heat builds up and starts the isulation on fire and then all kinds of bad things happen. There is a recall with a fix but mine had the recall done and it still burnt so I'm not sure how safe those vehicles are. It's from 2007.5 through 2008. They fixed it in 2009 models by moving the motor forward. hope this helps and I strongly recomend a good fire exstinguisher.

Default 2009 Dodge 2500 66,000 miles

Have same problems with mine. Check engine light came on, dfi filter full light came on and then lost all power. My truck has been in the dodge dealership for over 4 weeks. Dealer continues to tell me dodge is working on it. New egr, turbo and dfi filter and still no results .

I've gottin like 2 of these I like to say maybe even 3 of them. I never turned any of them in just because I thought that it was a crock. Now that I'm having some of those problems and what I'm starting to see from the dealer I think I'll turn the next one in. Had problems w/ o2 sensor 2times them recall on it then 1 time after that they wrapped a heat blanket around it saying it needs to be kept hotter to help burn the soot out. and now at 67500 miles the ccv filter needs changed which is easy. I came across a Service Bullitin for cleaning the turbo and the dealer drug his feet saying after we do this I've got about an hours worth of paperwork to do to see even if the warrenty will cover it after I get a reply from cummins. There is like 5 steps 1 record all codes, 2 check this code not there then do this. If this code isn't there do this, check for the last update /flash is done, then if that isn't there then it doesn't apply.
