I got a notice today about a class action suit from California anyone else?

The following is the information.

Case # US-15224-02218-D

A number of manufacturer defects have been reported on the 2500 and 3500 Dodge Ram Series Truck.

As an owner of the above referenced Dodge Ram Truck, you may be entitled to a manufacturer's buy back, or a cash settlement if you have experienced ANY of the following problems:

CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS

POWER LOSS

TURBO PROBLEMS

EXHAUST SYSTEM PROBLEMS

3 OR MORE REPAIRS FOR THE SAME PROBLEMS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN THE REPAIR SHOP

You may be right. Any legit office would have a website unless they are just staring out.

There is some information regarding a lawsuit against Chrysler on behalf of 2007 > 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500 trucks with the 6.7 Cummins diesel on this website. It is MyCarlady a female owned and operated car buying and selling located in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada, Clark County, servicing USa and Canada clientle.

I received this notice last week, however I haven't had any issues with mine so I can't help them out...

Have not seen/heard about the class action. Have not had any of the problems listed. Now at 93,000 miles

I had problems early on with my 2008, but after the replacement of the EGR valve and related items the truck has not had any problems. I just turned 37500 on the odometer, so I am not driving it as much as when I was working (I retired this year, so I don't have the commute anymore).

Sounds like somthing california wold do! My 09 works outstandingly. To many lawyers in one state, not to mention the 9th dist court.

Sorry, I think its too many lawyers in general !

Just got home squid,will be going through 3 weeks of mail and will keep everyone updated if I get a letter.Update on my 2007.Will be in shop about 5-6 weeks,had to pay $600 out of pocket for injectors to be cleaned so that they could cover new turbo,dpf and egr cooler under warranty.32k on truck? I do know that when I was a line mechanic for ford,linc @ merc,there where several class action suites for catalytic converters that went back almost 20 years and the tfi modules that burned out to excessive heat.So maybe the suite is for real and they will remedy this problem once and for all.You cant sell a $51k truck as a passenger vehicle to the general public and they say oops, you're warranty is void because you don't run it hard enough.These manufacturer's know 5-10 years in advance what emission standards will be down the road to get these systems working.Even on OTR trucks, cummins claim to fame is no DEF fluid required and no more egr valves.It's a great truck,let's hope this is for real and gets the problem resolved.CLUCK CLUCK TRUCK IT UP

Got one on Nov, 2010 from The Walker Firm, PLLC from Dallas TX, but no problem with truck until this month code 2262. complain defect are check engine lamp, stalling out, EGR, Turbo and more, have not call the Law firm to concer.
