Hey There Everyone,
First time on the Cummins forum. I'm a former Duramax user that just purchased a 2011 2500HD RAM with the 6.7. I'm looking forwards to reading all the good info. produced by experience.

welcome hope you have as little trouble with yours as i have had. i am on my 3rd dodge cummins with a combined total of 685,000+miles of little to no trouble out of any of them. i.e. outside of normal maint. dont abuse them but run it like u stole it, this isnt a "baby it and it will last" engine, it likes to strech out. i have run 80+for a full fuel run many times, change oil at 7500-10000 mi if you use it for long trips, and look at the fuel pumps where u fill up, if there isnt a filter on the pump find another fueling stop!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to the forum! I have a 2008 QuadCab 2500 4x4. It runs without any problems, now that the dealer replaced the EGR stuff (at 6,000 miles). I have 44500 on it now and it runs fine. Look at the reviews on changing oil and fuel filters; they will save you a lot of aggravation and &*)_**())(
