Bully Dog Gt or PPE???

I cant decide on which tuner to get, I cant afford both right now. I can get the bully dog gt and pillar mount for $400 which has the touch screen I want and more performance choices or The PPE hand held for $400 which has the dpf delete option I need. Need help choosing which one to buy...
