Default Which air intake to buy?

I am looking at buying a air intake system for my 2007 6.7l dodge. Is there one that is better than the other or is is it about personal preference. I am looking at either buying an airraid, afe, or banks. Is one of them easier to install than the other and which may have better performace. Any and all input is appreciated.

It;s pretty much personal preference. I have the Volant with a dry filter and you can check it out by clicking on the Volant link down below.

Thanks for your help. I checked out the thread were you show how to install the volant cai. I am wondering if volant air filter is a dry type and how often you have to change your filter. I like the idea of a dry filter, cause it is a pain to always be cleaning the filter and using the oil. I am still thinking about which one I will buy, but I will let you what I get.

I just installed a S&B intake last night. Very detailed instructions, while being cautious, it took me just over a hour to do.
Personally, I like the re-usable filter, performs better and never has to be replaced! Speaking of filters, this one's huge by large!
Gonna put some miles on her this week-end, I'll report back with any notable observations and a mileage check.

I still have not bought one yet but I am leaning towards the volant cai. I am tired of having to do the cleaning thing on the others. I had been using k&n on my powerstroke but now switched to ams oil air filter w/ k&n box. Not really sure if I can say one is better than the other though.

Only one partial tank before I did more mods, but I did see 2 mpg increase!

I did the PSM style airbox mod, AFE PG7 drop in, and a PSM Cool Hose. Lowered the intake air temp between 5 and 8 degrees, and sounds great

From a performance stand point, doesn't the K&N give the most HP, advertised 20hp. How do the others stack up to K&N?

Okay, I have been all over the web trying to get some good comparisons on cold air intake systems. Volant, K&N and Banks with no luck in getting a good comparison between them. Volant claims of 18 hp, reviews don't pan out. Banks claims a 20hp, but I can't find any support for that. Of course that's with the "super scoop" me thinks... Gees!

I have the Volant with their super scoop that sucks air from the front of the truck rather then from the engine bay and fender area.
