Default Tuner with delete.

I ordered the Mini Max tuner, Sinister throttle valve delete and the AFE Mach Force XP 5" Turbo back exhaust system with a AFE Mach Force XP Black 5" to 7" exhaust tip. Is there any thing else I need for this upgrade? I also ordered the AFE Stage 2 XP Pro 5R cold air intake, The MAG-HYTEC Transmission pan and Rear Differental cover. This is for my 2009 Ram 3500 Mega Cab. Thanks for the help.
