Default throw out bearing

I have an 09 6.7 3500 6spd manual.

I noticed this last weekend towing my toy hauler over the mountains when I arrived in Sacramento each time I depressed the clutch I felt a vibration and could hear a sort of duck sound.

It was quite hot in the mid to high 90's. The next day without the trailer hooked up it seemed ok.

When I returned home on Sunday night I could fee the vibration not nearly as bad and no noise.

Has anyone experienced throw out bearing problems? And yes I do not ride the clutch with my foot.

thanks,

might drain fluid and check for metal in tranny. other than that usually a throwout bearing will give a rattling grinding vibrating sound from what I have seen.

I have the Auto, sorry. I can tell you that on other vehicles that did have a clutch when the bearing was going out when you touched the clutch it would squeel but usually you heard it when it was cold not when it was hot. I know this isn't much help but you might stand outside with the truck running and have someone work the clutch.
