Hey Rock7

I thought the SES set up for 3500 would clear the axle by 1 to 1.5" but Murry at Timbren said the set up for the 3500 rides right on the axle. As I suspected I drove 400 miles pulling a 31ft Jazz 5er with the Timbrens installed on my 3500 and the bed height was much too high for my needs. Called Timbren and they're sending me free of charge a shorter set of bumpers for my 08. Can you believe it, a company that actually does what they say they will do! I do think that the Timbrens were a little more forgiving over pot holes then the stock over loads are. So once I remove the over loads and install the shorter Timbrens I think they will be workable.

Default Timbrens

Have not had dually tonner.
On my second 2500, didn't know the difference. 1500 and 2500 both set an inch or so above axle.
I went to a spring shop for overloads (POINT SPRING AND DRIVESHAFT) and they pointed me to timbrens.
BSA of Ohio ships in USA,shipping free.

Ok got the timbrens installed on my 08 3500 that actually clear the axle by about 1 to 1.5 inches... As I had hoped, they seem to be an inexpensive way to keep the truck out of the over loads or secondary springs. Much smoother ride when loaded.
