Is it possible to crank the torsion bars and get some lift on an '08 3500? If so, can someone point me in the direction of how to do this and how far i can go with it? Thanks

Saw this question on another site. We'll try to be a little more polite in answering. Dodge trucks have never used torsion bars. The '94 to current Dodges (Rams) use coils in the front, so there is no adjustment. Lifting a Dodge ('94 to current) is accomplished with longer coils and/or spacers on top of the springs.
The Maxipad drivers and some Ford folks can crank up their T-bars. But doing this, can cause strange alignment problems as well as CV and front drive shaft problems. It is not like cranking up the bars on an old Mopar car and going drag racing!

This is about the coolest and safest ways I've seen of lifting a Tow Vehicle with out loosing the tow capability. Front suspension and lift
