Vis-a'-vis: I figure about 1500 to 1800 on the pin with a loaded total around 11K. There isn't much in the bed usually because of the bed box. I showed the wife the biggest difference with and with out the bags inflated, her statement was to up grade for comfort. The horns may wind up being located under the bed on the drivers side.
Coming back from Co. the unit rode very well and handled very well, no complaints on this end. Over a 600 mile trip from Alb. to Durango on to Pagosa and return through Chama we averaged 12.9 MPG (Hand)

I have a 2500, besides the fact that I don't have a dually what would I need to haul/tow more weight, would these airbags help. Also does anyone know about the two wheel kit, it allows you to run 4 tires vise two, you would just have to get some flares so it don't look weird

I haven't seen much on a 'conversion' kit for duals lately. JC Whitney used to have kits for that, not sure they do now. Finally got the horns installed !! Yea!!. The boast about being loud was an understatement. Horn wire hook up was straight forward. I used the forward E horn for the hook up, 2 wires, the factory horn is still hooked up and operates at the same time the air horns do. The addition of a 2.5 Gal air tank was necessary. The only thing left is to figure out is to hook up the trigger wire for the system too switched ignition, so I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn off the compressor over night. I'll get some photos of the horn install when the 'Monsoon' rains stop. I have bags on the 96 2500 and they work great. I've rolled through sacles at 10K# and 125psi in the bags, rides great but won't stop quickly.

I installed a set of Firestone air bags with their "in cab control to increase or decrease air pressure and a guage beside the switch. This was on my 02 Chev 3/4 T and have thought about doing the same to my 09 Ram 1 ton but even with my heavy 18k fifth wheel it runs pretty level. The Firestone package included "everything you needed" and was fairly easyto put in other than drilling the frame above the axle to mount the brackets.
