From what I've read about where the Tempe are supposed to be, I'm about 100 degree cooler than I should be. I got the kit thru diesel manor. They are factory matched with same color and illumination. I should have pics for y'all in a day or to.
Put mine post turbo as well. You see the regen process as you drive. I'm seeing 1050 DF regen not towing and 1250 DF towing.

Nice looking installation. I also ordered mine through Diesel Manor and got the Isspro guages. I either stupid or gutsy but I did mine pre-turbo be careful to pull the drill and tap out often to remove filings. My temps pulling my 18,5 k 5th wheel run up to about 1,350 but I try to keep it 1250 or below.

I talked to Cummins directly and they told me the engine had enough safeguards to make it back off if you push to hard on the floor. I have since played with it putting my foot in it on a long hard pull and yes it does back off and cool off. I am running stock and I believe as long as you run stock it is well protected.

I had an 02 Duramax prior to this and running stock it stayed within temps on the pyro but when I boosted it, it really jumped the temps and I believe I would have smoked it if I hadn't had a pyro guage.
