Default 2010 Drivers Side Lack of Floor Heating

I either have cold feet or fogged up windows. There doesn't seem to be a happy medium. 1st truck of any brand I have ever had with this problem. Took in the 3500 for some other warranty work today and thought I would ask about this issue. Service guy said "he hears this complaint a lot." He told me it was their new design with too many curves that also has too long of heater ducts. That sucks for a $70000 Larime! Anyone have a fix? Or just B$#%! to Chrysler? Yes I have read the manuals and have the heater controls set properly. Any help appreciated.

I'd be checking the ducting for a disconnection or a pinched hose. Then I'd check that all the control lines are hooked up and the diverter doors in the heater box are operating correctly.

I too have problems with the heat setting on my 07 Ram. I have read that the system will always default to the defrost position. But mine will eventually blow in the floor if I keep tinkering with the control knob. Others have told me that the blend doors are usually to blame but I'm leaning more towards the control panel as the problem. Anyone else having this issue or a difinite fix for it?

Mine works great and it gets very cold here but then again I do always wear jeans and boots so I guess I may not be any help.
