Question How to wire in my own LED tail lights?

I would like to get some LED tail lights for my `08 3500. I am looking at the type in the link below. I see them alot on semi`s and stake bed trucks. How would I wire them in so I don`t get the "lamp out" light? I read somewhere a while back about using a resistor or something like that. Any advice would be great...Thanks.

Thanks for the link. I've only added things like Fog lights so I wasn't any help.

American SuperLite Clear LENS LED Lights, 4 in. Flange Mount
G1981, check out this site: Super Bright LEDs – 12 Volt LED Car Bulbs They offer every conceivable LED out there. They also sell resistors that you can wire around the light socket so it "emulates" the normal load (resistance) that the computer expects to see with a filament light bulb. Note that they offer these bright LEDs in a variety of colors and bases so they will work in any vehicle ... especially your Dodge. Hope this helps. R
