I replaced the starter and 2 new batterys in my 07 6.7, now my lights pulsate all the time. It dosent show on the gauge or feel it when driving but you can hear it from under the hood. The batterys have been checked ok, its been to the dealer twice. Head scratcher

yeah, that happens after first starting truck, then this pulsing of electric power starts, its not as strong as the heater draw and its a constant pulse, has to be something to do with the voltage regulator. Its only got 35000 miles on it. It seems strange that a starter all ready went out on it.
