Default Turbo removal

Does anyone have any suggestions for me on how to pull the coolant and oil lines off of the bottom of the turbo without leaking them all over everything??? Must you use plugs when you remove the hoses?

The oil line isn't to bad, if the truck isn't running. I would get plugs for the coolant lines. You could drain the coolant down as well prior to removing the turbo. Off the top of my head I think its a banjo fitting. A hydraulic fitting shop will have the plugs.
