smarty tuner problems
Purchased a smarty jr tuner it has been back for 2 updates and still wont work it is on its way back again... I keep getting the unknown software then i send it back and get the song and dance... The truck is a 2011 dodge 6.7 any one having the same problem???????????? thanks in advance or what are you useing on 2011 2500

Have you tried to update it yourself through the website? I am going to purchase a smarty Jr for my 08 ram 2500. this is the first I have heard of having problems with the software. Could be that your truck is so new that the makers of smarty are still working the bugs out for your NEW truck with the software. What are you trying to do with the tuner? EGR/DPF delete? More horsepower? I'll be keeping an eye out on this thread, let me know what happens!

Glitch
2008 - 2500 6.7 Turbo - Only issue I have with the Smarty Jr - is about every 3 months or so I get a notice on my overhead console to See Dealer Soon – appears to be a glitch as I check for codes and there is none – I clear codes and the issue goes away – sort of annoying but not really a problem. I am happy with power, mileage and code blocking for deletes. I am contacting Madd to check if there is a upgrade but so far no success. Anyone else have this issue?
