Ok, Dealer got the part, so they got my turbo replaced on 08 3500 Ram Meg 4x4. So I asked the Tech what cause them to go out. He said lots of things, bad fuel, after market air filters, not changing the oil. He also told me that Dodge is stopped warrantying some major parts because of after market air filters, plus chipping. I knew about the chipping, but not about the air filter.
We stepped outside where no one could hear, he told I replace alot of turbo on these. Truck has 60500 miles I have had it for a year put 28000 on it. So let's hear from you out there, any like this happen to you . |
