Default Questions after 2nd Turbo replaced

This is my first post here and I hope this is the right place for it. Two weeks ago, I took the truck in for P2262, PO472, and PO487 as well as poor performance issues. They replaced the turbo (second time), the EGR valve and also re-flashed with the latest updates. Within four days PO472 came back. I returned to the dealer and they replaced the exhaust pressure transducer and again flashed the computer. When I picked it up, there was a slight but noticeable vibration in the outside mirrors when stopped at a light and the 0-speed acceleration is poor compared to when I first got it. The vibration has lessened but is still there. At freeway speeds (65-75), acceleration is OK but doesn't seem to be like it was. Is Chrysler de-tuning the power curve? Did they change the shift points? The truck is totally stock with 37k on the clock. I drive it hard and mostly on the freeways. I don't know if I'm being too picky or somthing is wrong. Anyone else lose performance after a turbo replacement or a flash? I can barely hear the new turbo whine and the EB is also not as noticeable. Are the new turbos quieter? What should the boost pressure be and is there an easy way to check it? Why would they have to re-flash again after only four days? Sorry for all the questions but I would like to know what's happening and if I should go back to the dealer. Thanks!

yes my turbo has been replaced twice in 60,000 miles. It also jerks from time to time 35-55 MPH.
