Well i got the 2262 code again today i called the dealer and they aske me to droped it off tonight. I went home and removed the k&n filter, just because i don't want to give them any excuse for them to void my warranty. When i got back in the truck the check engine light was off. I got to the dealer and i remembered to check for the code with the key and yeap the code was gone. I am thinking could it been the k&n filter doing this or is it my truck going crazy? So, i took my truck back because there wasn't any code or check engine light on. Can anybody help me to figure this out?

This is normal. Once you get the 2262 code It takes a while to get the Turbo cleaned off depending on how much city driving/idling you do. I drive mostly on the highway and it took a week of hard accelerating every day before the code went away and stayed away.

I agree with Squid...all they're going to do in drill a hole in your turbo and clean it with some solution...If the vanes were not moving, your cel would stay on and your performance would be poor.

Well i took my truck to the dealer this morning because the check engine light keeps on going off and on for the past week. After 2 hours of testing they came back to me and told me they have 2 pages of data from the truck computer. The final diagnosis is, i need a new turbo. There is no pressure to it and they need to have this aproved by dodge before they can do it. They said they have enough data to prove it. The manager told me the new turbos are better and they have new upgrade that will take care of it. Also no drilling to the turbo it is clean, well that is what they told me. I will keep you guys posted.

Most likely, you still have plenty of boost...it's just the senor with soot on it.
Don't use additives and try to get fuel around 47 cetane

Errrr....what is WOT???
