H&S makes a good EGR delete and also an easy to use tuner to clear out all fault codes. I just did the DPF delete EGR delete and installed a new S&B cold air intake this is a great intake . I was running 20mpg in my 07.5 3500 DRW mega cab now I'm running around 23mpg with the new mods. The tuner has 3 settings Stock, Mild and WILD and let me tell you wild is WILD had to install the mild I was scared I would break something in the Wild

I ran a sinister EGR/Cooler delete. Very simple and easy to follow instructions but it is time consuming due to a few hard to reach bolts. What I like about the sinister kit is the rear block-off plate is already drilled and tapped for Pyro and the kit reroutes the coolant instead of blocking it off. In all, it took me about four hours to complete...and that's with a coffee break or three. What made the install easier was having a 15mm crows foot, 8" extension and some elbow grease.

The DPF delete was actually very simple as well. You have to decide if you want to run a Turbo back exhaust or just a DPF pipe. Just the DPF pipe is cheaper and way easy. I wanted to run the TBE and the only issue I had was the down pipe. I finally just cut it instead of taking the tranny crossmember off. Smooth sailing after that. 4" Flo Pro TBE is what I went with.

Runs like a different truck now.
