After 27,000 miles I hear that all too familiar ding and after I look for a CEL (There wasn't one) I then look up and there's a warning to service my Air Filter. I thought the filter minder on the stock tube was for that so this is quite a surprise.
Anyway, I got rid of it the same way you get rid of the oil change reminder. Turn the key to on and push the accelerator pedal to the floor 3 times.
