2008 6.7's sold in Cali
Do 2008 6.7l's sold in California have less horsepower than other 49 state sold trucks? Or due to the new emission requirements put on, are they the same as the rest? I recall they used to be sold with less horses due to Cali emisisons, maybe this ended 06-07ish?

The 6.7L Cummins has the exact same Emissions everywhere.

Squid is correct, all exactly the same. The days of California smog being different than other states has been long since gone.
