Default Turkey day and Christmas meals?

Just thinking about something new for the holidays.
What will you/your family be eating on the holidays?
We don't usually go 'Traditional'. In year spast we have done Rice stoffels, fonues, standing rib poasts, Surf and Turfs. This year My sister in law wanted a more traditional Turkey day dinner, So it will be Turkey (2 ways, Brined and roasted and just roasted), Pecan and Pumpkin pies, Taters (sweet and regular mashed), A Cure 81 ham, Fresh breads. Now Xmas we haven't decided yet. The wife and I do a Chrismas Eve event at the local country club golf course with Hot air balloons and Luminarias (Fire-litos) google it and Albuquerque Luminaria tour., Small brown paper sacks with small candles inside, a local Xmas tradition to ward away evil spirits and to guide the good spirits in. we usually have Green Chile stew, Red Chile Posole, fried Pork fat and sometimes mulled wine and lots of hot coco.
Lets hear about what you do.

Kind sir, may I come and eat at your house? You're having my favorites, I don't too awfully much, I'll be REAL quiet, (you won't even know I'm there), and I'll volunteer to do the dishes.
I especially like the Luminaria and Hot Air Balloon part.

Well Turkey day is over for now, (Except for the left over part).
The brined turkey was better than the 'not brined' one, moister and had more flavor. The "Pie Parade" was great!! Home made pumpkin, Louisiana Pecan, Blue Berry, Apple, Coconut cream, and Buttermilk. The Taters' were different, The sweet ones were steamed in cream and butter, then topped with brown sugar and marshmellons, it turned out like caramel, sure was great. Home made Cranberry sauce and of course Green bean casserole.

1 1/2" thick T-bones on Friday and more Ham on Saturday.

Can't wait till Christmas!!!
