Default Off to Phoenix next week

Should prove to be warm, a day in Phoenix then a day in Bagdad, Az, to a copper mine (should be a little cooler there) then back for 2 more days in Phoenix, gotta love my job. Visiting CAT and Komatsu dealers and getting my annual MSHA refresher.

I've taken MSHA training on several occasions. For me, it was never easy. Good luck

Phoenix was HOT, 113 to 118 in places, I'm glad I don't live there, and the traffic!! Dang might as well walk. The MSHA class was good, the instructor kept it from being boring, still 8 hours in a class room though.

Back and forth to Bagdad (Arizona that is) a few times this month, Nice this time of year. If you ever get "out Wickenburg way" you need to stop at the Hog Trough for a dang fine BBQ lunch or dinner. I was real impressed with it.

Enjoy your trip! I avoid Phoenix since I have two sisters and their kids who live there. One sister I get along with, the other--well, if I see her sometime in the next 40 years, it might be too soon.
However, trips to Cabella's are always a treat.

Wouldn't you know it, no rain for 90+ days and it rains 3 days straight when I get there. The irony of it all is we were training operators of water trucks.
