This is the other Dodge along with my old '95 3500. This '72 Challenger has been with us for over 30 years. It was origionally what I called metalic Avocado. It was my daily driver for many years. Now the only stock parts in the engine are the block and crank. I did the engine work with the exception of the balance job. It has 12.5 to 1 forged pistons, custom Crane cam, 750 Holly, 3800 stall converter, 727 Torqueflite, 4.10 gears and a 100 horse shot of nitros. Its best pass was 11.67 at about 118mph. This was at Bandimere drag strip which is at about 5600 ft in elevation. I also did the paint including the side stripes which are paint and not decals. When it comes right down to it I'm just into fast toys...... Looks like Squid is into fast too.
