Welcome everyone!
Just for clarification I just turned 75K (I know it doesn't sound like much compaired to a few others) but mine is an early 07.5 and still retains all of the emmission stuff and sports the original turbo with NO cleaning port. It has seen the dealership for only a couple of recalls and fuel filters. 15 to 17 intown mileage, towing the 11k 5er we get between 10 and 15 depending on how fast we need to get there and which direction out of Albuquerque we go. The only thing done after market is a K&N drop in filter and a hole cut in the bottom of the air box. 15k on gear oils is a short time for what they say they are putting in them, I did change the rear out at 15k and 50k, trans gets done at 30k, the front has yet to be changed. Synthetic oils for nonconsumable oils work great (in my experience) syn engine oils for extended oil changes, well you be the judge, oils don't break down as they used to to justify the change, they contaminate. I have the oil sampled at every oil change and have neglected the last one and ran 9,500 miles on it, the report has not been sent back yet so I will keep you guys posted as to the results. By the way I do run Valvoline Premium Blue Synthetic motor oil because of the price ($99.00 when I buy my own Fleetguard filter).
There are several members that have done some wonderful additions to thier trucks to extend the life and ease the service of them, all are great additions, again you be the judge. I have spent my life making things make more power and go faster, now I kinda like the simple stock things in life (my truck too) It goes as fast as I want it to, pulls what ever I can find to drag around with me, gets the fuel mileage that is realistic, repaetable over 75,000 miles and what I had expected, emmissions compliant and under warranty. Read the posts, ask questions and keep learning.

Best regards and Happy Holidays.

Bill
