Default New to Cummins.... And diesels for that matter

Well after several months of everything short of begging I got an '09 2500hd Megacab. LOVE it!! Being new to Dodge and diesel, looking for a little advice as I can not buy another vehicle for 15 years...... nor do I want to.....

Congrats and I think you've found the right site. We're trying hard to understand and work with the emissions on the 6.7L trucks and we've come a long way. We have some great members with past diesel experience and there's a bunch of us like you that this is our first diesel truck and wow! What a great truck to own.

By the way, I think you spelled diesel okay, LOL

Just keep the oil and fuel filter changed and it should easily last you 15 years. Congrats

Found the Fuel filter step by step, thanks for that. I have not found the oil filter step by step. is there one you would suggest?
