Thumbs up Hello from Kentucky

Just joined the group.
I have a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins and 6 speed automatic and have to say I like it real well.
Hope to learn a lot about them.

Well Howdy SBN! Thought we had a Submariner join up until I saw you were from Kentucky, LOL. Saw the pics in the gallery and that's a nice looking truck you've got there.

This is my first Dodge and my first Diesel pickup. I do have Diesel engines in my tractors but one is most definitely not the other.

Great to have you here!

Yea, this is my 3rd one, 2 being Fords and now this one.
The 1 ford, a pre PS model had a banks turbo on it and it would outpull the PS, 2 to 1.
But it has no chance against this one.
3.73 gears and it wants to get out there and cruise.

I wonder how long it will take for Banks to have a performance system for the 6.7L like they have for the 5.9L Cummins (24-valve), '03-07 - PowerPack® system This seems like the best of both worlds, power and economy.

I would say as soon as they come up with a system for the new 6.7 that Chrysler approves of and you know Banks is doing testing to find one.
