First Cummins
Hello all. Just bought my first Dodge and Cummins. 2008 2500 Mega Cab with 98000 miles Beeen driving an 05 F250 with 6.0. I'll be reading a lot trying to find out all I can about my new truck. Gonna change all the filters and engine oil this weekend.

Make sure your tranny has been serviced as well. check your CCV filter too! Is it the 6.7 or did you get one of the last 5.9s? if you got the 6.7 better check your EGR valve make sure its clean. If you really want to do something big spend the extra money and get an EGR, DPF delete package, if it's the 6.7. If it's the old 5.9 your ok except maybe getting rid of the cat converter.
