Yeah I'm also waiting for warranty to gut my emissions too. Having trouble deciding which programmer to go with. the H&S is nice but really like the edge.

You wont get much support here for deletes but I deleted my dpf and unplugged the egr with a smarty jr tuner, no issues so far. I have an 09 and I can return the truck to stock in about 90 minutes for warranty work if need be but with the deletes, you wont have any issues.

Welcome to the site. As far as the deletes let us know what you get and how the swap goes. I still have all the EPA stuff and after 96,000 miles don't have a problem with it. I still get the same MPG as our 5.6L Nissan Titan so no biggie.

I have an 09 with a march build date. Curious to know what delete system you used, how much, what tuner and what type of performance benefits you have gotten with your upgrades.

Thanks,

Bill

I went with dpf performance delete package that came with a smarty jr with me software and a delete pipe (without bungs) for 659.00. I opted for a flo pro down pipe (125.00) that eliminated the cat as well for a full 4" unresticted exhaust. The mpg went from 16.5 to 19 in the city and I would guess 21+ mpg highway (not been on a road trip yet). The performance is unbelievable as I always run the 100hp tune (unless I'm towing). The truck is incredible, a real blast to drive. The smarty jr has 3 setting, 40hp, 70hp and 100hp for towing, economy and performance. The egr is still intact just unplugged so returning the truck to stock is a simple exhaust swap and computer software change.
