Default Another Newbie Here

Hi Guys, I'm a very recent convert here, over to the Dodge side after many, many years of Fords. Three gens, grandfather, dad and me. They both rolled over in their graves when I bought this 3500 QC CTD. I just couldn't take that 6.0 engine any longer. I had two of em, 04' and 06'.
This Dodge is great so far and am looking into some minor mods to help with the fuel economy since it's just going to pull our big 5th wheel.
Thanks and I'll be lurking

Well sometimes you just have to break out. The truth is I bought the Cummins not a Dodge. If Chevy or Ford had the contract with Cummins that's what I'd be driving and I think your Dad and Granddad would have a hard time arguing with that logic.

With that said, I have to tell you that I've not experienced any quality issues with the truck that you're always hearing about. After 42,000 miles. No rattles, no creaks or breaking parts. I do have an issue with having to pull the headlight assembly to replace the bulb but other then that I think it's a well thought out and engineered truck and if Dodge is still in existence in a couple of years I won't hesitate to buy a Cummins powered 3/4 ton Dodge Ram to replace the Nissan Titan the Queen is driving right now.

Hello all. I'm new to this forum as well. Also my first Cummins (or any) diesel, for that matter. Love the 6.7 so far!
