Default 6.7 cummins P2262

I got a 6.7 cummins how critical is p2262 when no performance is affected, does it will require a trip to the dealer ? check engine lamp on for a while then goes off for a while, truck is been driving like it was made for it, few miles on the city, most on HWY and pulling a trailer.

I had this back Dec-Jan(ish) took it in and my turbo was replaced. Once mine went on it stayed on. I'm stumped as to why the on off. Would say go wind it up and get it good and hot but with your use you do that anyway. Keep us posted on the outcome.
