Default P02509 and P0562 low voltage codes

Hello this is my first time posting something so bear with me.
I have owned a dodge cummins scince 1998.5 24 valve and now own an07.5with the 6.7
My problem is the P02509 and P0562 come up everytime the temp drops below 60 degrees.
Have had the J35 flash performed which got ride of the egr turbo and o2 sensor constant codes.
The driver side battery went bad and i replaced both with 1000 cca from advance auto.
I have cleaned every ground and hot wire i can find i would be very thankfull if someone could shed some light on what to do now. Thanks.

Has anyone ever heard of rotating the batteries to avoid one battery going bad . My mothers friend told me he did that for years and never had a bad battery in his 95. Looking at how things are wired, I don't think that's necessary. Any thoughts?

It does make logical sense. The charge/draw are both taken from 1 battery and possibly resistence in the cable could charge the Pass. side battery at a lower rate. I do not rotate my camper batteries and get they recommeneded life out of them and they are wired the same way. I guess it would be worth a try.

I have worked @ a Tractor dealership for 27 years and never heard of rotating batteries installed in parrallel only if in series and if one battery had a 12v accessory drawing form it.But at this point anything might be worth a try maybe.

Here ya go!

P2509-ecm/pcm power input signal intermittent

P0562-battery voltage low

I apologize for taking so long but I'm self employed so I have to work until the job is done.

I recently had those codes and it turned out that both orginal batteries were goinhg bad according to my battery tester. Still the truck was starting fine but the voltage was a little low and my alternator was putting out full voltage. Bottom line I changed both batteries and all has been good since.

Vehicles nowdays are very sensitive to low voltage for all the electronics in them now.

Well i did all the checks and everything checked out so i went back to the batterys again.batterys passed load test but i decided to check the voltage after setting over night and the temp in the 30's.I found that at tis time the driver side battery was showing only 10 volts while the right side was 12.45. if checked any time in the day after running they both showed 12.45.removed the left battery and took back to advance and explained what was happing and tey warr the batt. reinstalled and have cleared all codes.Have had 2 mornings with the temp in the 20's and the engine has started both times and no codes.Never had a battery pass a load test and not be good but it can happen. Thanks everyone for your input.
