And now it is gone. Turbo speed sensor was acting up, they replaced it and now things are good. Better throttle response and better low end torque too. The turbo noise is consistent like it was before. while the CEL was on the turbo would hunt and surge.
They said there was a flash update I had not recieved yet, I will look for the sticker this afternoon to see what level it is. After a front end alignment it does not wander as much, still catches the ruts and tracks off the road crown, I think it is a Dodge thing, the 96 does it too. I had them put on the new fuel filter too. Total ticket was about $170.
