What causes fault code P000F (fuel system over pressure relief valve activated), along with the message catalyst full service required on my overhead console and can I correct it myself? Also is it safe to drive it like this?

First of all, do you have a turner installed and is it a Bully ? We need to know details about the truck, engine, and mods. The problem has to addressed so that you can get on the highway at speed for around 40 minutes (at least) to regen/clean out the DPF (catalyst per the overhead). If not addressed asap, the truck will have to go the dealer for an expensive service.
