Default Codes p1451,p2a01,p0137 & MIL on

I got a MIL that has been on since my 1100 mile trip at high altitude three days ago. Codes are p1451, P2a01, P0137. What should I do? Truck still runs fine but remote start will not work.

Come on guys give me some help! This is my first 6.7. I have had 3 5.9's. Before I got the MIL light I noticed my fuel milage had droped some. The truck seems to run OK although I haven't hooked up to a load since I got the light. Just needing a little feed back so I have some ideas before I talk to a service guy. THanks

Welcome to the site and sorry I didn't get to answer your question yesterday but I like a bunch of others here run our own businesses and contrary to what people think we work, work, work. I work 10 to 12 hour days 6 days a week so sometimes I just run out of time especially in the winter.

Here's a link to all the codes that I and others have posted about in the past. Cummins 6.7L Perform Service, Regeneration Required, P1507, P2A00, P2A01, P1451,P242F

Cummins 6.7L P1451 and P242F Diesel Paticulant Filter Codes

You didn't say what year your truck was but here's a TSB that may need to be done: Tecnical Service Bulletin (TSB)18-013-08 REV. A

If you get any more codes just throw them into the search box and we've probably already posted the info and if not I'll get it for you ASAP.

Thanks a million for the info squid. Didn't mean to be impatient just a bit scared the ram might leave me afoot in the cold Kansas wind. I have a "09". It's my fourth Cummins but my first 6.7. All the emissions stuff on it frightens me.

Hey Squid I Iread your post about the o2 sensors and the flooded road. Sounds familiar to me. I got all my faults and MIL on a long trip to Albequerque. I'm sure my truck was in regen in between Springer and Clayton when I hit a bad patch of road with lots of slush and ice about 5 miles worth. I finished the trip, about 900 more miles, scooten along about 80 the light stayed light.

If we're seeing the same sort of problem then your MPG has dropped big time because the truck is now in a non stop regeneration. And no worries Bud I just didn't want you to think we're a bunch of snobs. So where in Kansas are you located? I could Google it but I'm lazy today. I'm south of Wichita.
