Default Clutch woes

2009 6.7 manual 3.73 4whl drive 32,000

Ok just got a new turbo at 32,000 miles and I now am having clutch issues.

As I depress clutch feel a vibration and when outside temp are in the 80's or more when I depress clutch I get an almost quack noise.

Dodge will check things out for $470 to see if there is any issue regarding manufacturer defect however, if I need new clutch I am would not go back to OEM after this type performance. They want $1800 to replace and possibly some help from Chrysler if there is a defect.

I tow a trailer for my business but my driving duty cycles are get in the truck drive 200 miles and shut her down and two days later make the return leg. I virtually do most of my driving going over the mountains or open road. Hardly any in town driving.

Any reccomendations for clutch type. My trailer maxed out weighs about 11,500. I am not a racer but would want a clutch that is easy on the leg but with some staying power. Any ideas?

Sounds like a throwout bearing.
