Default Belt squeals when rpms are increased and exhaust brake slows engine speed

Hello, I have a 2008 6.7 litre diesel and recently while pulling a load I heard slight squealing under the hood when RPMs were increased or the exhaust brake was used in slowing the vehicle and load down.

I replaced the surpinten belt (it showed signs of slipping and wear) and cleaned the belt travel pulleys. put it back together thinking the problem would be fixed but unfortunately it wasn't. It seemed like the belt was not very tight with approximately an inch worth of pull on the belt. I then made some calls and parts dealers said the tension pulley is probably going bad, so I replaced the tension pulley and tried it again, but with no success in solving the problem. I then removed the belt again and checked the pulleys for free movement. All pulleys move freely (some much easier than others).

At this point I am hoping for some guidance or ideas to try next. Merry Christmas and Thank You, JAY

well its in the shop now, has 7,000 left on the warranty. so far they have found a bad EGR valve, leaking injection pump, and warped exhaust manifold, its been in the shop for almost 2 days and they think the squealing is associated with the EGR valve but we'll see ill keep ya'll posted
