Default turbo cuts out

hey I have a 08 ram3500 with a 6.7L, I have AFE cold air, 4" turbo back exhaust and a smarty tuner, DPF is deleted and EGR valve is disconnected. When I am pulling a load and the truck is working hard it seems like the turbo cuts out for a bit then comes back on..........Any ideas or help would be awesome.

Thanks all

Sounds like it could be the smarty. Have you shut it off and drove the truck to make sure it's the truck and not something you added?

May wanna check the intake tube to your turbo from your Air Intake Kit, may be a bad tube. Get's hot and soft and start to collapse??

Maybe something in the tuner that is making the computer you need to cut back on fuel or something like that?
