Default Help the Mods and Deletes

I have done searches and have found alot of information, just about every delete, mod, etc. But has anyone posted a step by step detailed description for us guys with stone stock 6.7L. Such as do the CA intake first then unplug EGR, then delete whatever, I really don't know where to start, or what to expect as far as MPG, HP, Torque, Codes, CEL. I would be more then happy for alittle guidiance, I pull a 5th Wheel(10,000lbs) and a stone stock 2008, 2500HD, LWB, 4x4. Thanks, hope someone can guide me to the right post.

I started by installing the cai and had no issues. I then bought a programmer and delete pipe and installed them together starting with the removal of the exhaust system, covering and zip tying wires and unplugging the egr connector under the intake (followed the instructions for the smarty jr me ) and installing the delete pipe. Then I loaded the programmer , pretty simple. Truck runs great with plenty of power and you will love the sound of the unrestricted exhaust. Good luck

What year of truck you have? Today there are lots of options out there for delete set-ups. If its a 2010 truck, so far its only H&S stuff, lucky for us its done very good and worth the money.

Don't know if your still following this thread, but the first mod from bone stock on my 2008 was H&S performance DPF delete w/ mini maxx tuner. This also included the EGR disconnect b/c in the instructions H&S insist that you disconnect the EGR with this kit.
