Default So who lost their dealership?

So how many of us had their dealership they bought their truck from get the letter today that they are done as of June?

Mine did and I have a feeling that since they also sell GM they aren't long for this world. Even though they really hacked me off and didn't give a hoot about the customer back in the parts and service department I'm sure there were some nice people doing their job and for them I empathize. In Kansas a total of 16 dealerships got the AX.

You know what's funny.... the dealership that wanted to charge me $100 for the PTO idle up got the ax (it’s been in Portland for 80 years) and the dealership that did it for free did NOT get the ax. The dealership that I bought my truck from also got the ax (they never called me back to do the recall work).

Chrysler said that they made their decision based on the number of Cars sold, Cash on hand and customer Complaints.

IMO that makes sense; from my experiences that’s how it went down.

Up to this point there have been no announcements regarding Canadian Chrysler dealers. This was confirmed today in an interview on Corus radio with an official from the Canadian Automotive Dealers' Association. He also stated that Chrysler Canada had not declared bankruptcy here.
