Default DPF Clogging?

My 07 Ram with 6.7l Cummins has a little over 46000 miles. I installed a K&N air intake and MBRP stainless exhaust with no muffler from filter back about a week before having these problems. A few weeks ago I get an overhead message that says Catalyst Full and a check engine light. So I go for an hour drive on the interstate for regen, check engine light stays on. I take it to the dealership and they find the DPF is clogged, so they replaced it. Got the check engine light again and they have since replaced all O2 sensors, exhaust gas temp sensor, and exhaust gas differential pressure sensor. Keep getting the same two codes, 1451 and 252 I believe, both are DPF codes. Dealership is baffled, any ideas how to fix it?

I'd take it to a different dealership.

I agree with Squid !!!
I fear the day I have to take my Dodge to any local Dodge dealer here. I bought my truck at the Dodge dealer that has a lot full of Sprinter trucks and they appear to work on several diesel trucks. But if you talk to a service writer and ask what oil does Dodge recommend in my Cummins and how much does it take - and they call upon each other - like 4 of these guys, and the general answer is 5 qts of 5w30 Pennzoil ! Then ask them how to clear a Service reminder and get 4 different answers !!!

I have enough knowledge to recognize my local dealer is a scary place to consider for servicing my Cummins!

I went directly to Sams club picked up 2 cases of Shell Rotella 15W40 ran home and changed my oil ASAP!

The thing to do is to find a small town dealer that relies 75%+ on their truck sales and service to stay in business. That dealership will know the answers to the problems or know where to get the answers. A dealership like that has truck customers who are farmers, hot shot operators, tow truck operators, travel trailer towers, daily drivers and everything in between. They will even rely on their customers for some answers. A dealership like this knows that each use that the trucks have, requires a different set of parameters and they will act accordingly when tuning it or dealing with warranty issues. If they do not operate in this manor, the next sale will go elsewhere. These dealerships also attract long term employees, who truely do want to make you happy and with whom you can become friends instead of an enemy. JMHO.

Finally after in and out of the shop between August 23 to October 4th, and 32 total days without my truck, it seems to be fixed. Original problem was caused by bad injectors, a few were dumping fuel and clogging the DPF. They fixed the DPF problem by replacing the DPF, all 6 injectors, and numerous sets of sensors in the exhaust, but continued to get 02 sensor codes. They finally figured out the O2 sensor codes were being caused by the Mass Air Flow sensor and Charge Air Temp sensor ports on the K&N intake tube. The ports are offset and distance between the two are not correct on the K&N tube. Essentially the Dodge Tech Rep said these two sensors have to be directly in line with one another in relation to air flow across both, (there can be only a certain amount of swirl inside the tube), and there is a specific distance they should be apart. When we called K&N from the number on the black guarantee card that they specify for you to leave in the vehicle, the K&N rep wasn't surprised and he didn't say it but he knew about this problem with the 6.7 Cummins intakes they are selling. Beware of K&N Intakes for these trucks!

Good to Know, thanks for the info. I get service air filter on the over head with my new air intake system. I replaced it with another tube but I still get it sometimes. I always thought it is from the sensors not in the right position.
