Well I'm a proud owner of a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab w/ a 5.9L Cummins! On the way down to Bandera, Tx. in my 2007.5, I got 17.8mpg doing between 65 and 75mph. On the way back to Frisco, Tx. doing around same speed I got around 24mpg! I was getting about 21mpg around town also. I will post pics after I rest up some. 6.5hrs drive time to on Tuesday evening (left town around 7pm) and 6.5hrs. back to Frisco today makes me pretty tired. Even though is site is primarily for 6.7L's I want to stick around because this site seems to offer alot of info for diesels. Unless any of you know of a very good site that deals w/ 5.9L's.

StarGazer; we won't dis you, you are more than welcome to stay and visit with us, besides I think there is plenty of straight up 5.9 info from the members here, you have had issues with yours and you may be able to shed some light on them for the rest of us. Knock on wood, mine now has 66,000 miles and no issues worth mentioning yet.
