Default Cheap 6.7 Fuel Filters

Anyone have any thoughts on the chinese made fuel filters on ebay cheap? Am I asking for problems by using these? Gettin ready to do 1st filter change and refuse to pay the 175.00 that the dealer wants.

I'll stick to the genuine Fleetguard filters! Why put cheap junk on a great engine? Check some info on what happens when the element of a cheap filter disintegrates. It's not good for your engine, to say the least.
This whole "Made in China" or other off shore places drives me crazy. Many traditional North American Companies have switched to offshore manufacturing. Not long ago I ordered a set of Mopar unit bearings for my ZJ Jeep. When I pulled them out of the box they were stamped "Made in China". At $300 each, I was a little P.O.ed. This goes on with too much frequency. And then we wonder what went wrong with our N.A. auto industry and economy. I'll pay the extra every time for N.A. made parts! They fit better and last longer. JMHO! OK, I'm done now.
