So a member here said that the Tech at the dealership told him to help reduce the amount of regenerations the exhaust brake should be run 70% of the time on the 6.7L. So I gave it a try and for the last 357 miles if the truck was running the exhaust brake was on and here's my findings.

MPG dropped from 17.5 to 16.8.
