We are headed to Roswell this weekend for a Hot Air Balloon Rally ("Old timers rally"). There is supposed to be a group of guys called 'The Flying Wok men' that use over sized Woks on huge burners to cook for the group. Should be interesting. I hope the weather holds for some good flying, I'm not taking the 5'er just running empty, this should get me some good fuel mileage averages. I'll post some pictures when I get back.
