I live in Phoenix, AZ...I doubt you are dustier there...the AirAid has better filteration and offers the pre-filter for guys who want even more. It has the same amountof cotton layers as everyone else, plus a synthetic cotton on the outside to hinder the breakdown, as all cotton does over time. I refuse to run anything else, and to top everything off, the rubber compound that they use will not dry rott like most of the competition will... I've done all my research and have run many different filters on many different trucks and to this day no one can get me away from AirAid...but thats just my .02....Im in sales myself and I know propaganda and i schpeal it out myself most of the time, and everyone has there little idea why theirs is better and only AirAid has backed it up IMO
