I got the Cover on Saturday before company showed up and the instructions were right on. They did leave out the fact that the PML cover bolts are hex head bolts so you'll need to go acquire a set of metric hex head sockets for your torque wrench.

Tools used:

Torque wrench
Ratchet
13MM -socket to remove the old bolts
6MM -hex head socket to install and torque the new bolts
Lock tite
5 Quarts of Synthetic Diff fluid.
Drain Pan

The gasket on our differentials is a rubber reusable type so you don't need any RTV. I just loosened the top bolt and then started at the bottom and worked my way back up removing bolts from one side and then the other so I could stay clean.

The pan needed no help coming off and the fluid that was in there didn't look bad compared to other vehicles I've owned after 15,000 miles.

I do have to admit that I found it very strange that the fill plug on the OEM has a magnet but I don't see how it could be very effective up above the fluid level rather then down at the bottom of the pan like most? I wonder this because it wasn't filled with filings like you would expect from a new Axle being broke in.
