I don't know but I like the price and the fact that it seems that they replace the bumper which means a frame to axel connectoin instead of a bracket connection with the firestone bags. I have to add that the firestone bags have a lot of miles to their credit but I can't imagine that this company has made their own bags. Most products purchase materials from a parts house and simply add their own twist to mounting and use.

Either way I am interested in this set up.
